Steps to Enrollment

Your initial action should be to complete the inquiry form, which will then be sent to our admissions team. Following this, we will reach out to you to arrange a school tour. Simply click the button below to access the inquiry form. Once it's completed, you can expect to hear from us shortly!

Tour & Test

Your next step is to bring your child(ren) in for a tour and have them take a placement test. Following the placement test, we will provide you with the results on the same day. Afterward, you will receive the necessary credentials to begin the application process through our student information system.

Following the tour and testing, families will then move forward with the enrollment process by filling out the online application for admission. This application will allow us to gather all the necessary information to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process for your child(ren).

Annual Tuition

K5–6th Grade
$7,200 / year

7th–12th Grade
$7,400 / year

Tuition includes curriculum, activities, yearbook, insurance, and other included school expenses. Tuition may be divided into monthly installments through FACTS, with payments from August through May.

NC Opportunity Scholarship

Making Christian education more accessible for North Carolina families.

The North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship Program provides financial assistance for eligible students in K5–12th grade who choose to attend a non-public school. This program can help families offset the cost of private school tuition and make Christian education a more affordable option.

ESA+ Scholarships are also available for eligible students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing additional educational funding and support for qualifying families.

IMMUNIZATIONS

In compliance with the state requirements, Carolina Christian Academy requires the following immunizations, or a letter of medical or religious exemption within 30 days of enrollment for all students in kindergarten, 7th grade, and 12th grade. If proof of immunization, invalid immunizations, or a letter of medical or religious exemption is not provided within 30 days of enrollment, the child will be removed from school until the above mentioned information is provided.
