One of the goals of the Walk-a-Thon is to raise money to remove the carpet in the hallways and replace it with tile.
Another goal is to fence the outfield of the ballfield to prevent balls from running beyond the field during PE and games.
Christian education can be a sacrifice, which is why we offer a couple scholarship options. The third goal of the Walk-a-Thon is to raise money for our scholarship fund.
Each student who raises $25 will receive a Walk-a-Thon water bottle featuring the color walk-a-thon logo in grayscale.
Each student who raises $50 will receive a white cotton Color Walk-a-Thon shirt that can be worn the day of the walk-a-thon. The white shirt will allow the color to show from the Color Walk-a-Thon!
Each student who raises $100 will receive a dri-fit athletic shirt with the Color Walk-a-Thon logo displayed on the front in full color. This shirt can be worn for PE days after the Color Walk-a-Thon.
Each family who raises $450 will receive a trip to Surge Adventure Park in Winston-Salem. Date is TBA.
The family who raises the most money for the Color Walk-a-Thon will receive a $200 gift card of their choice.
If we reach our Color Walk-a-Thon goal of $15,000, the whole school will go to the Ice House in Greensboro on November 30th to go ice skating.
